California programs (FPACT)

State Programs that cover sexual and reproductive health services (Family PACT)

Most states also have programs that support confidential access to sexual and reproductive health care. In California, that program is called Family PACT.

How do you get and use Family PACT?

You can sign up for Family PACT at any provider you find on their search tool. When you first get to the clinic, they will ask you to fill out a Client Eligibility Certification (CEC) form. If you are eligible, you can use Family PACT that day to pay for services and/or medication.
